[Gnu-arch-users] [PATCH] Some message text initialization in FTP backend

Sometimes when i connect to my ftp to mirror my archive i obtain a not
so useful message with unitilizaed text and error code... i suppose
that's because the error occurs before even trying to send an FTP
command (which take care of setting up text, text_len...)

A small patch that adds two eror messages, one for "socket connnection
error" and another one for "socket descriptor duplication failed"

address@hidden/patch-14
Add some text initialization where it was appropriate

NB: each time i try to reproduce the bug, iy vanishes, so i'm just
waiting it to reappear at a later time, my patch should help to detect
which part of the code is the cause.
