[Gnu-arch-users] how to tag directory using tagline?

I heard there was a directory equivalent of a tagline, that let you move
directories around without having to do explicit tla moves?  How do you
do that again?

I've tagged the .c, .h, and Imakefiles of Xouvert, now if I can tag the
directories, the remaining stuff will take a lot more study.  (help with
taglining manpages, anyone?).  If XFree was using GNU info, we wouldn't
have any problems adding taglines, I bet.
