max-age=0 may impede performance significantly. As .listing files are
only used on mirrors or read only archives, something like max-age=120
would achieve the same goal - noticing changes in a reasonable time, but
wouldn't force a full read every single request - and there may be
multiple requests in a single tla session...
Also, note that some proxies are not HTTP/1.1 aware and will simply
ignore max-age directives.
