[Gnu-arch-users] Prospective temporary bug tracking system

I've put up a bugzilla at http://archbugs.sourcecontrol.net. That way, we
can track bugs while we're waiting for savannah to get back on track. 

Please feel free to post there bugs for tla, cm and etc until savannah
comes back. Once savannah is back, I'll try and get the open bugs moved
over.

If you need maintainer access to the bugzilla, just ask.
