When a patch that deletes a directory is applied to a tree with
something in this directory not deleted by the patch, tla silently
deletes the directory.

Shouldn't such a situation cause a conflict?

$ mkdir A1 A2 B A1/ronron B/ronron
$ touch A1/ronron/a B/ronron/b
$ tla mkpatch A1 A2 ,,a12
$ tla dopatch ,,a12  B
D/ ronron <<<<<<<< silently ignores and kills B/ronron/b
