If only version-0 has a Seal: line, then you'd only have to get
version-0's patchlog, not version-1, version-2, etc.  That's assuming
the seal type never changes.

I think that there might be circumstances when you'd want to cycle a
released branch, so probably the seal type should be changeable.

Perhaps a case could be made for adding a "Class: " line that could be
set to any value, and would be orthagonal to sealing.  You could then
provide rbrowse with
--hide-class foo
--just-class foo / --show-only-class foo.

Since class could be subject to change, it would make sense to include
it in every patchlog.

However, all this may be unnecessarily flexible and complicated.  It's
just what springs to mind.
