On http://wiki.gnuarch.org/moin.cgi/Centralized_20Development Colin
suggests creating a single user account to own an archive. He seems
to suggest by omission that it is not a good idea to have several
users all come in over SSH and commit to a central directory, as we
currently do with CVS.
It seems like that would work -- doesn't it? Is there some reason why
it's not recommended?
