[Gnu-arch-users] ANN: ddaa.net and davidallouche.net archives now signed

The address@hidden and address@hidden archives are now signed (using
the same key as this message).  Since this requires a remirrorring, I
have taken the occasion to move the old archives from
ddaa.net/{archives} to ddaa.net/arch.
