Only if used naively.   The solution in my other message solves the
problem.  You could, if you wanted, recursively apply it underneath
the commit branch for ada work, semi-automate (pqm-ize) the regular
ada merges, and automate linkage of a narrative branch for Ada to the
narrative branch for GCC as a whole.
