Yup, its in Debian GNU/sid. The version that sid reports is:
cscvs 1.0pre25.patch.79.3
Unfortunately, the maintainer (John Goerzen), stripped the {arch} dir
from the package sources, so I'm unable to tell whether its yours,
lifeless' or what.
I found out about cscvs being in Debian from lifeless.
The cscvs as packaged by Debian GNU isn't flawless; I recently tried
using it to convert gnunet's cvs repository into an arch archive and
caused cscvs to die after a few hundred revisions.
