I don't know who invented the 'Discussion' category on the wiki. I just
wanted to put the page somewhere, where it slighly fits instead opening
a new Category.

The intention of the page it or evolve the design and collect facts, not
to discuss/chat there. I prefer the wiki for that much more than the ML.
