Where those problems are extreme, it is not because of capitalism but
because there just aren't enough resources to go around.  Rich
countries already have the capacity to give money or support to other
countries if they think it is for the broader social good.  ParEcon
would not magically make them more likely to give to others, and it
would not magically make the poor countries more productive.

Your fatuous implication that ParEcon is better because those problems
somehow disappear is duly noted and ridiculed.
