Sorry about that.   

Just FYI, we're transitioning from a sole-maintainer model to a
multi-maintainer model (closer to how GCC works and even closer to
how Linux kernel _really_ works).

The issues resulting from what we're naming the various milestones in
the new process are symptomatic of minor glitches in that transition.
