It was mostly just clarification that this command exists somewhere as a
reference.

So far, I haven't really figured out where the line is between what is
core TLA and what isn't. I certainly find it useful enough that it would
be nice to have in the core.

However, it seems that at least one division of core would be the basic
working blocks, and then the layers on top of that would be some other
program.

I think we mostly have that case already. Probably, though, the "other"
program should be the primary method of using arch, as it is much more
how people would like to use arch. I'm guessing that means it becomes
"tla"...

Anyway, the other point is that the name "branch-this" works pretty well
too, without conflicting with spork/diverge/link/tag, etc,etc.
