Unless my tla is too out-of-date, that is true for rbrowse but not
abrowse. I guess this divergence mirrors the two differing views on
what it means to seal a version--you could be closing/obsoleting it, or
maybe you're making a release.
I use --seal for both reasons; most commonly I mark releases with it
(and use --fix for bugfix-focused releases), but I also seal off old
archives to prevent accidental commits.
