What does this message mean you're actually going to _do_?  Are you going to
(try to) change something?  What?  Be specific, be concrete.  Your message
contains a lot of words, but doesn't actually appear to say very much.

It _seems_ to contain a veiled implication that you feel you're now the
"project leader", whatever that means, but never comes right and says -- or
denies -- it.

So, please, out with it: If your message is just a really long-winded way of
saying "Let's just keep doing as we are doing, it's working, and Tom please
give me a break" (are doing = James as integration and release guy, and Tom
as technical lead, and arbitrator of last resort, especially with regards to
technical issues), that's fine, we can all make happy noises.

But if you're really saying "this is a coup, I control the army", well ...
just please don't say (or mean) that.  You will cause _far_ more damage than
good.

[Man, no wonder Tom's acting paranoid...]
