Bug Goo's kinda our equivalent to Bugzilla. It tracks bugs and merge
requests, etc.

Probably. It's kind of a historical thing that for a long time the
two groups were strongly correlated, but this is changing so maybe Tom
can be prodded to split up the mailing list.
