Fai <http://sourcecontrol.net/~abentley/fai/> does that, and some other
cool stuff. I highly recommend it. Another solution is to pipe the
output into vim, like so:

tla changes --diffs | view -

assuming you are in to the vim thing. Surely emacs can read from stdin
and color diffs as well, but I don't know how to do it.
