I've uploaded the GNU arch 1.3pre2 testing candidate to
http://www.seyza.com/releases/tla-1.3pre2.tar.gz.  It's md5sum is
1ea98d553f376b36da43f782cd08fd51 and you can find
tla-1.3pre2.tar.gz.sig in the same directory.

You may recreate this tarball with:

    $ tla get address@hidden/dists--tla--1.3--patch-2 tla-1.3pre2
    $ tla build-config -r -d tla-1.3pre2 configs/gnu/This-release

Only minor changes from tla-1.3pre1 have been commited including
adding the =merges file for gtla, reallowing patch logs from archives
beginning with a digit, fixing a typo in inv-ids.c about hard-coding
explicit (but doesn't change the default), and invoking diff and patch
with --binary to better support win32.

Please let me know of any still outstanding release critical bugs or
regressions, otherwise this will likely become the 1.3 release.
