[Gnu-arch-users] Procommit hook question

Hello All,

How do I find the prepared changeset in precommit hook?

I would like to create a precommit hook, that would abort a commit when
the archive would have exceeded given size. I would then (manualy) tag
to new archive and burn the old one on CD.
