Haven't checked how it works but from its name I got the impression
that if I want patch-2000 and patch-4000 is present in the revision
library, it will reverse-apply all the patches from patch-4000 to
patch-2000. Is my understanding correct?

If it finds a cacherev anywhere between patch-50 and patch-2000, it will use that instead.

- It only looks for cacherevs when when building forwards
- It picks the shortest path, but penalizes cacherevs by 50
