Mostly small bug fixes this time around.

Highlights for this release:
  1) sync-all renamed to sync-nested
  2) fixed parsing under localized environments, thanks to Tollef Fog Heen
  3) merging between independently-created mirrors (with this version)
     of the same Subversion tree should now be possible
  4) allow -r<rev> to specify a revision to start mirroring from when
     running init.

The big change here is #3, which should improve interopability greatly
by generating the same arch-ids.
