Is there a version that doesn't have (more than) half of each page
filled with a rather weird disclaimer in 10 different font sizes? That
alone is a reason I wouldn't really want to read this.
(And in othertools.html it has a wrong link too)
Also, having pages that are bigger (for example one page for each
chapter) would be good.
