sourceforge does sftp/http, all you need for arch.

You have also http://gna.org which provided ArchZoom, but recently
disabled it 'cause their servers were too loaded.

sourcecontrol.net will soon host bzr branches. I don't know whether
they will continue to host Arch archives afterwards.
