Since people will actually always disagree, I suggest that whether
corrupt revlibs should be automatically remade or not should be
configurable (via `.arch-params').  Additionally, the default IMO should
be to _not_ rebuild the revlib since corruption is not something that
people should expect in the common case.

However, it is true that having it configurable could also solve the
problem of some "uncommon" cases (IMO), such as backup/restore, in an
automatic way.

The point is: do not make the automatic revlib recreation behavior
compulsory.
