i started working on the following RSA primitives (nomenclature as in
rfc-3447):

* RSASSA-PKCS1-v1_5 (Signature schemes with appendix)
* EMSA-PKCS1-v1_5 (Encoding methods for signatures with appendix)

i also have started work on PKCS#5 primitives (rfc-2898) for the
keyring.

soon i should be able to checkin the new classes with appropriate test
cases.

cheers;
