i dont think this is a bug; rather the previous problem with the
engineUpdate() method was the cause of the behaviour you describe above
(engineDoFinal() calls engineUpdate()).
if you still are experiencing problems with the CipherAdapter class
please post to this list with as much details as possible to help us
reproduce and fix it. in the meantime i shall consider these problems
as solved.
