hello all,

this is to announce that i am stepping down from the position of GNU 
Crypto Maintainer.  the new Maintainer is Casey Marshall.

i'd like to take this opportunity to thank you all for the support and 
assistance you showed me, and the project since its inception.

i'll be working closely with Casey until version 2.0 is released, and 
afterwards, will continue to contribute to GNU Crypto and other GNU 
projects/tasks (such as jalopy), albeit at a slower pace.
