New Release of ELIP

[ChipsChap]

Release 0.510 of ELIP, the EMACS Learning Instruction Program, is now out,
with more features and more bugs than ever before.  ELIP implements spaced
interval recall learning, as well as Leitner learning, text memorization
learning, plain old flashcard learning, and more.

EDB, the Emacs DataBase, is required, but easy enough to install;
the ELIP distribution contains a critical patch to EDB.
