[GNU-linux-libre] Glibc bug fix; endorsed distro maintainers please fix

I emailed some distro maintainers separately from this list, but since
all of the GNU Free Distro Guideline-compatible distro maintainers
should be on this list, I figured I would email here as well.

Please make sure you patch or otherwise update you distros to fix the
getaddrinfo() stack-based buffer overflow bug discussed here:
<https://www.sourceware.org/ml/libc-alpha/2016-02/msg00416.html>.

If you are on this list and distribute libc but aren't on our endorsed
distro list, then you should probably also get this bug fixed in
versions you distribute as well :-)
