Over the trademark, not the material.  And since RedHat got tired over
getting accused over this, they invented the "Fedora" farce.  Which
you can again copy without restriction, _verbatim_, because it does
not contain their trademark (which they have to defend or lose) in the
first place.

Now the only product with a RedHat _trademark_ on it is the
professional version, and they don't sell as much the media, as the
support model for it.
