Playing idiot once again? The Excluded License clause is about
sublicensing of MS samples and stuff listed in <Installed SDK Location>\
Documentation\License Agreements\DirectX Redist.TXT under free software
terms (or anything that would let MS stuff escape contract protection).
That is prohibited. It says nothing about linking as such and it doesn't
prevent licensing of your own product under any terms you like if you
don't distribute REDISTTIBUTABLE CODE.
