The proper way to obfuscate your email is to use something like
"address@hidden" or "address@hidden,invalid".  These domains are
reserved.

Only you see that.

I see "From: rjack <address@hidden>" reading via Usenet.  If I was receiving the
mailing list I would see "From: <address@hidden>" but I would not be
disturbed because I know how my email software works.
