Keep moving the goalposts away from real legal discussion concerning
GPL enforceability Hyman. You have never cited to legal authority
and precedence and that supports any of your conjectures concerning
the GPL. You simply wish to re-direct serious legal discussion
toward unverifiable theories about imaginary "settlements". If
you wish to be taken seriously whip out your legal materials and go
to work. I have yet to see any arguments from you that would be
taken seriously in a legal forum. Your hypocritical whining about
insults similarly falls on deaf ears. Go back through your posts in
this group and review your own little shots at others -- whiner.
