The term "combined work" is not used in
<http://www.gnu.org/licenses/old-licenses/gpl-2.0.html> so what are you
blathering about, Hyman?

(GNG is a derecursive recursive derecursion which pwns GNU since it can
be infinitely looped as GNGNGNGNG...NGNGNG... and can be said backwards
too, whereas GNU cannot.)
