Go to doctor Hyman. You need a medical practitioner explaining to you
that, for example, text in ASCII mechanically translated to EBCDIC is
not a 'modified' text as far as copyright and licensing is concerned
just like a bunch of computer program references ala 'abc' mechanically
resolved by a linker to 0x0A0B0C address or sumesuch.
