The F.S.F. is free to claim contradictory interpretations of anything they wish. This is part and parcel of the legal principle of "infringing a moving target". In the land of GNU if you say something stupid, then in the next breath you just claim the opposite is true. If you don't like something, then just mooooooooooooooooooooooooooove the goalposts.
