* Backend documentation updates and related cleanups
* Removed \property bracketCollapseHeight, systemStartDelimiterGlyph
* Bugfix: instrument-name on grandstaffs, see
input/test/instrument-name-grandstaff.ly
* Bugfix for tie/staffline collision.
* Bugfix: also send out end-repeat if there are no alternatives.
* Small solo cello suite fixes.
