Han-Wen just did html because it was easy and quick.  Tonight I
rewrote the generator to produce Texinfo.  However, makeinfo can't
split html files yet, maybe we should look at that ourselves?

Ok, I've added both:

* Added x-references for elements->engravers and engravers->contexts.
