request simple .ly showing MIDI tie bug

Hi List,

There seems to be a bug in LilyPond's MIDI generation, that appears
being related to the use of chords and ties in the input: the one
where notes keep on sounding, which can be `fixed' by running timidity
-EO (disable overlapping voices).

I think I've seen a simple example that shows the bug, but I can't
seem to find it anymore.  If you have a simple example (shorter than
the Coriolan), please post it.
