I don't know. There's a 1.4.5 version planned, that fixes some bugs
for 300dpi printers, and has some windows install bugs fixed that were
discussed on the mailing list.
I don't think that 1.4.x and 1.5.x versions will be made available for
windows. Currently, 1.5 does not produce usable output, and
developers should be able to compile their own. Probably, when 1.5
gives better overall results, we'll see binaries for windows.
