[Regexp] Regexp tests code coverage

Following my previous email, here are the code coverage results of the Regexp 
test suite (in HTML, but many formats are available).

Since Koalog Code Coverage does not require code instrumentation, it took me 
only a couple of seconds to generate these results.
If you find them useful, don't hesitate to download an evaluation version of 
Koalog Code Coverage (www.koalog.com/php/kover.php).
