When the central coordiante given to 'astscript-psf-stamp' is fully outside
the image (more than the '--stampwidth' value), the script aborts with an
error. However, when the normalization value is found to be NaN, it will
create a fully NaN-valued image.
This inconsistent behavior is a bug!
The ideal scenario is to make a fully NaN-valued image. Because usually this
script is used in pipelines that will later stack the images, and a fully
blank image will be ignored in stacking operators of Arithmetic.
This bug was reported by Sepideh Eskandarlou and Nafiseh Sedighi.
