When the astscript-psf-select-stars run to select stars suitable to make the
outer part of the PSF, the expectation is to get a catalog of stars with the
magnitude in the requested range. It creates an empty folder in the work
directory instead named `67510_psfcreateselectstar_phot_g_mean_mag_6_10` and
empty. moreover print this error message in the terminal.

To reproduce the problem, you can run the following commands

outerdir=outer
outstars=$outerdir/67510-6-10.fits
if ! [ -d $outerdir ]; then mkdir $outerdir; fi

astscript-psf-select-stars $croppedimg --magnituderange=6,10 --mindistdeg=0.02
--output=$outstars
