When the DS9 script is requested to build regions with coordinates in the
image-mode, it ignores the column values and gives a name of 0 to all
regions.

The problem can be reproduced with the following series of commands:

$ wget https://akhlaghi.org/data/xdf-f160w-crop.fit
$ astnoisechisel xdf-f160w-crop.fits -onc.fit
$ astsegment nc.fits -oseg.fit
$ astmkcatalog seg.fits --ids --x --y --ra --dec -ocat.fits

# In WCS-mode the regions have their IDs correctly
$  astscript-ds9-region seg.fits -cra,dec --namecol=obj_id \
                        --mode=wcs --command="ds9 seg.fits"

# But in this one (image-mode), all regions have a label of 0!
$ astscript-ds9-region cat.fits -cx,y --namecol=obj_id \
                       --mode=img --command="ds9 seg.fits"
