When the input data doesn't have any blank elements, the 'isnotblank' operator
will return a 0-valued dataset! While it should a one-valued dataset.
The problem can be reproduced with the commands below:
$ astarithmetic 100 100 2 makenew -o zeros.fits
$ astarithmetic zeros.fits isnotblank
$ aststatistics zeros_arith.fits --minimum --maximum
0 0
