When the input labels image to MakeCatalog is all blank, MakeCatalog will
crash. Here is how to reproduce the problem:
$ astarithmetic 100 100 2 makenew nan + int8 -olab.fits
$ astarithmetic 100 100 2 makenew -oval.fits
$ astmkcatalog lab.fits -h1 --valuesfile=val.fits --valueshdu=1 \
--ids --sum
$ astmkcatalog: ui_one_tile_per_object_correct_numobjects:
18446744004990074880 bytes couldn't be allocated for variable 'minmax': Cannot
allocate memory
