CVS Updated.
Fix an issue with carriage-returns in the parser.
A carriage-return should only be interpreted as
end-of-line when it indeed is followed by a new-line.
Otherwise it should be ignored.
Essentially this means that CR's should generally be ignored.
This is in line with what other UNIX compilers do.
