There is a DATE-COMPILED intrinsic function in the ANSI/ISO Intrinsic
Function module, so I would expect this to be implemented (eventually).

The date-compiled paragraph is part of the '85 Standard (although it is
obsolete there).  I would expect this to be implemented (eventually) as
well.
