[GNUe] gnue-forms: master-detail-detail issue

Hello,

Here is example for master, detail and "detail of detail" relation.
Seems like "detail of detail" block sometimes can't hear that master
block active record changes.

I am using gnue-forms 0.6 with wxPython 2.8.4.0
